Happy New Year! 2026  Full Body Workout! 


Clear some space, grab a yoga mat or a towel and let’s get ready to move! 


DO NOT PERFORM EXERCISE IF DISCOMFORT AND PAIN 

Jumping Jacks, Jogging in place are always great options for a modification


Warm up: 30 seconds Jumping Jacks 30 sec. High knees , 30 sec. Uppercut punches  


Workout 2 rounds 1 min Rest btw Rounds


Think ATHLETIC!


10 Burpees

20 FWD Lunges

15 pulsing squats

20 Push ups 

30 sec. Mountain Climbers Opp elbow to opp knee

15 V sit ups

30 sec Foot grabs

15 Single leg Hip Raises R+L

20 Knee Tucks

30 sec Hi to Lo plank
